SIFP is run primarily by community volunteers drawn from SVP Seattle, local angel groups and university business plan competition groups, and civic- minded folk who like to make a difference in their community.  There are two critical areas contracted out: main event operations to Zino Society, and Workshops to Hub Seattle.  Ashoka runs their youth track in parallel and works as an integral member of the extended team.
